i have been struggling for some time on trying to pose a characture into a double handed sword grasp raised above the head so it looks like its about to strike down with great vengance any ideas on where i could get a tutorial or a already created pose to accomplish this task? ...i can get the hands to grasp the sword but when i try to raise(move up/down) above the head cetrian aspects wether in the bicep or forearm sections get distorted and doesn't look right or realistic
