I recently received my Renderosity magazine combination pack (Iss1-4) and I'm delighted with them, thank you. What I am less happy about is why you charged $20 and send them SurfaceMail (taking 6 weeks to arrive) in a poor quality ordinary envelope which was ripped in half by the time it got here [I also received a duplicate CD number one but no CD number two]. For example, I could post them from the UK to you in a quality bubble-padded jiffypak (cost $1) plus $14.25 AIRMAIL (takes 3-5 days) leaving $4.75 for handling/miscellaneous costs. I wouldn't imagine the reciprocal rates are much different from the USA? When I paid $20 it was on a par with shipping for other items I have had shipped from the US via Airmail and I certainly drew the implication from this that the service was provided as Airmail. I couldn't find a set of explicit terms and conditions regarding the store's trading policy (except for sellers) and unless I missed it en route there should be page(s) clearly stating the type of service that international shipping provides(SurfaceMail) not just the estimated duration and all the other paraphernalia that accompanies etrading transaction. Finally, I did email the store staff with this issue over two weeks ago now (I think) and have received no reply which is why I am having to air this on the board. My apologies for whinging in public but at least it will focus some attention on this issue. I'm a big fan of Renderosity and was disappointed with this customer experience. Thank you for your assistance, Clive

Sorry forgot to add that the price of the surface postage franked on the envelope was $6.70.

Why not respond here too, Stacey? I doubt cdt is the only one who thinks the international rates you guys charge are ridiculous -- it's the main reason I haven't ordered the mag, that's for sure.
