Snow Sultan did a very pretty "Vicky-buster" texture for the P4 female. Search free stuff here under buster and you'll find it.

HappyWorldLand is another good place to pick up Posette textures by the bundle.

Here in freestuff, SnowSultan has just about the best (free) texture available - its called "VickyBuster Again" and it's based on Staale's wonderful base, so it's modifiable and re-distributable. It is also much higher resolution than the textures found on HappyWorldLand (but they are nice for everything but close-up work).
