There's no secret, the geometry is very simple with planar uv mapping. The only work was finding some texture that look good, I tried many mossy wall photos or segment of a photo until I found one that was good. I added some stone bumpmap for making the stairs look more rustic. There are thousend of great textures in the internet, just search.
