Subject: Generic reptile skin tile

This is another tileable texture. It was created by holding a piece of styrofoam under a broiler for 4 seconds. (All the beads puff up) It makes a great all-purpose reptile/dinosaur hide if you use it as a big pattern fill. In Photoshop it's "select all", define pattern (in "edit"), and edit/fill/use pattern.

heya; a rep-tile, huh? and i though you were gonna scan your iguana or something. :) i wish you'd posted them as 256-grey gifs, though. no lossyness.

Excellent idea (The styrofoam :) I killed more then a few brain cells making burnt plastic sculptures when I was in highschool artclass :) Great texture base, this will come in handy! -Trav
