I just downloaded and installed Poser Pro Pack. When I now start Poser, I get to the screen where I can enter my serial number and personal information. When I want to continue, Win XP simply reboots. Using WinXP (german), Athlon 1.8 Ghz with 1 GB RAM. Any help how to fix this would be appreciated:) Phil

Well, from what i saw, propack download is only enabled for the US (enlish version) and i see you have a german XP (german poser as well maybe?)

Nope, I got the english version of poser. And even if there is a language issue, I don't think, rebooting the system is the correct action, is it?

Unannounced reboot in XP sounds more like a driver issue, probably video. Does anyone know if the ProPack registration screen try being pretty?

There's a setting in XP that'll make it automatically reboot your computer when there's a critical error. If you turn it off you'll get an error screen instead. The info on that screen is your best bet of finding out what's causing the problem. In Win 2000 the setting is in the "System Properties" panel "Adavnced" tab, "Startup and recovery". Maybe it's the same in XP. (?)

Thanks Norbert, I'll give this a try. Could it be that Pro Pack doesn't like I'm using 2 Monitors? Poser 4 never had a problem with this, but who knows...
