I just want to compare with my friends here; if is that a normal speed rendering in PProPack 4,( mike with just a truss and a pair of boots not much light)I got a p4 2.26gh with nvidia TI4600 128mb graphic card and in a 60 frames simple animation took 13 minutes to end the avi format. I'm really amazed how slow is it! Happens or I got pc in bad conditions?

60 frames in 13 minutes is really fast ! that's 13s per frame... Consider yourself lucky, other rendering engines could never do this.
Your PC is definitely in good condition !
