Hihi, as an ecommerce visualization specialist with 5 years of ecommerce experience, I have been interested in the comments from the forum members. And a few ideas sprang to mind. A) When one clicks the "image thumbnail" of the product, perhaps one should be taken in a separate popup window to any page the seller has set up with examples, details, etc of the work they wish to sell. This should also be enabled through a visible link too, for those of us who are just too much a dipple after getting home from 12 hours work (such as yours truly) and would never dream of clicking a pic ;P B)Allow sorting by not just product, but area of product, such as Characters for Poser, Clothing, etc. Wading through 35 pages of thumbnails after said 12 hours at work to try to find that one lovely evening dress you long for, when your mind cannot form the words Traveler to sort by name... well you get the picture. I myself allocate only 3 minutes on any ecommerce site to find what I need. If I do not locate it in 3 minutes, I am gone. As indeed are most ecommerce shoppers if the statistics do not lie. C)Enable purchase statistics and a rating system, to instill confidence. If I see that Travelers evening dress has been purchased 1200 times, and has a rating on average of 4.5, I will give SERIOUS thought to wanting it, since we Smiths are gonna want to keep up with all them Joneses who may have what we do not. Just my two pence worth :) Liz Birdsong hbg@kreative.net

excellent ideas liz right now, the online store as is, is bare bones. To remedy the absense of BBay and give the artists that used BBay a place to sell their wares while we continue to build and improve it. these changes will take some time, since there is but one program genius; fur, and one master at the helm; traveler, who, while answering several hundred emails a day, moderating forums, maintaince, caretaking, and downright busting humps 17 hours a day, can realistically do so much. and let's not forget the abuse that is heaped on them by the nay sayers and doom prophets claiming a death to innocence in progress. it's wonderful to hear excellent suggestions from a professional in the e-commerce field. Thank you liz for taking a few moments to input your ideas to us. ed
