HOw do I make poser hair look like poser hair when I import the image into bryce. When I do that the hair looses its transperancy map or something becuase the hair in bryce looks like the entire hair object is just textured with the colors of the hair. What I'm trying to say is that it looks solid, and no longer like it did in poser. please do help, thanks

add the transparency in the second slot then choose Blend transparency from the dropdown, make sure you turn refraction off tho, not like in my pic.

here's another try, still blend transparency tho :)

So it doesn't matter what random texture comes up in that second set of windows?

sorry should say you need to have the texture in the first one then replace what comes up in the second one with the transparency otherwise it wont work. I didn't have any poser hair to hand when I did those pics earlier, I'll be better prepared next time :)

Load the texture in the first block. In the second square BESIDE the texture hit load and find the trans map. You might need to click on the half black half white circle to reverse the trans map. You don't need to load a second texture for the transparency. Hang on a second and I will make a quick pic for you.
