there is a update for my LightMan 1.1.

I added a utiltity where you can set the light values for one or more selected lights. I also found a bug, where the wrong light was deleted (nobody noticed it). I also added more user stabilty and the program no uses its own file format, so you cant open the wrong files anymore.
