We've been making some items to use in images we've been creating of the interior of Kenilworth Castle Keep. A small selection of these items have used Poser figures, such as the cherubs on the Cassone chest and the head on Homer's bust. We were thinking that it might be nice to give these away as FREE STUFF (knowing we couldn't sell them) but then I wondered if we could even do this? Having read their lisence agreement, I still can't figure it out. Anyone know? VHdan whiteside posted Fri, 21 February 2003 at 12:51 PM
Posting any Poser/DAZ meshes free or otherwise is definitely not allowed. But for Poser Users I think it's OK to post .CR2's, as long as the mesh is not embedded. In other words the .CR2 just "points" to an existing, seperate .OBJ. But anyone that didn't already have the meshes would get an error. I'm not at all sure which circumstances cause a .CR2 to have the mesh embedded in the file. Dan

Thanks Dan. I thought it probably wasn't allowed, but worth the check. VH
