This is a light bulb I built for a 'day job' project. It's only a rough comp for the client so there still some finesse issues with the image. However, it's my first job use of the Anything Glows and Glare plug-in's from DCG. They are totally cool! The bulb and binary floor pattern have no post production on them with the exception of softening the edges of the shadow under the bulb. That's just what I need; more Carrara toy's to reduce my chances of me ever getting a good nights sleep :) Mark

hehe, you should find out if they do any television advertising and then upsell them on an animation...just make the earth rotate and use some sort of offset move on the text in the background and on the ground...no one ever got hurt with a little upsell :) My fav part of your pic is that it's so clean looking...makes it look modern and studly...I hate lots of "crap" in pics...

As always, excellent work Mark. I really like the movement in your composition. However, the thin blue semi-circle that leeds your eye into and then up to the image at the top crosses right over the persons face. I'd consider fadeing it out just before that.
