I created some CR2's of Posette with thigh boots, turned IK off and saved them. Now when I reload them they come back in with the IK turned back on, but only on the left thigh of the boots. This has just started. Any clues??

I should have added that I "Memorize All" before saving the cr2.

would it be possible that you only turned off ONE IK .. i find similar annoyances.

I've turned off all the IK for the figure and the boots, and checked it in the hierarchy editor, where it shows that it is indeed unchecked. I save the figure, and if I reload it back in the dammmm IK is turned back on! It only affects the left boot. It does it on 2 seperate sets of boots. I'm baffled........

heyas; leg ik is automatically turned on for any ik chains named leftleg and rightleg, whenever you load a figure, regardless of how you memorized it, etc. the only way to truly get leg ik turned off when you load a figure is to edit the name of it in the cr2. look for this: ikChain LeftLeg and change it to this: ikChain LeftLegg or something besides LeftLeg. same for RightLeg. now if you load your figure with ik successfully turned off, you may find your feet get ripped off. just turn leg ik on, then back off again. memorize it as off, and re-save the figure to the library. that should fix it.
