Anyone know where I can find some free boat models, such as modern patrol ships and such?

Try Lannies 3dmodelworld. From memory there were some old style sailing boats and maybe a couple of more modern ships. You may have to go into non-bryce model sections to find them though.Dreams are just nightmares on prozac...

But then I wouldn;t have paid for them. Thanks for the offer though. I tried 3dmodelworld, but the only close one they had was poser. There was a lightwave one there too, but it just wasn;t the right type. The poser one may have worked, but my poser does not import well, and for some reason my bryce crashes every time I try to import an obj. That is a nice torpedo boat erlik, just not quite what I;m looking for. Thanks for the help everyone!!!!!

Which one is the Poser boat? I can import and re-export it into another format.

I don't know if they're confined to Poser only, but Anthony Appleyard's site (he's a frequent contributor) has everything that gets wet, lotta scuba stuff, but he was working on a patrol boat..check his gallery, the link should be there (used to be www.demon.buckrogers.co.uk, or something like that. Name of the site was Space Storie).

www.buckrogers.demon.co.uk Anthony Appleyard's homepyge Yeah, like that. :-) No patrol boat, but he does have rsr2obj, a program which converts Poser RSR files into pure OBJ files.
