for anyone having difficulty figuring out INJection Pose Builder by DAZ. or just want to get a feel for what it does, I put together a basic tutorial. by the way there is a slight bit of nudity in the tute.

ok i am confuzzled here. I bought IPB and i do not have the pose file. My copy of IPB says 2. Apply the REM poses to remove the Morph Delta's from the figure. This cuts down on file size and processing time. The figure will revert to the default morph, but the dial settings will still be saved. the daz site tutorial says : 2. Apply the REM pose "! IPB Prep" from the !DAZ's Victoria 3 category of your Poses Library to remove the Morph Delta's from the figure. This cuts down on file size and processing time. The figure will appear to revert to the default morph, but the dial settings will still be saved. Do not use this poses unless you intend to create a readScript pose from the CR2 using IPB. Have I gotten the wrong file or something??/

there is a new update pack that you can find at the bottom of the INJection Pose Builder Page in the Daz store. its called ps_ap038-IPBUpdate.exe and contains that pose. Daz added it after their original release of the product.

Thank you for doing this. I have the INJ Builder but haven't tried it yet, this will surely make it a whole lot easier to figure out. Have your tute bookmarked and when I am ready I know I will sure appreciate your step by step. :-)

oh god, please no! cries you know, in order to get v3 to fuction on the laptop properly (320megs ram, 12gig drive) I had to move out all but 2 injection folders from the pose directory :/ does this mean more products are going to be coming out with them horrid morph injectors? if so its seriously going to be putting a damper on my buying habbits.

Thanks all for the comments. :) Dark Faction if you are removing INJ pose files you are not removing much at all. the major memory hog is the fully injected V3. what this program does is allow you to load a V3 with only the morphs you want at the point that you load your figure. no more storing huge CR2s. the injection system is actually far more memory efficiant then the old V2 system.
