Agentsmith posted some links to high res earth texture maps a few days ago. i poked around a bit and found thise huge searchable site. Enjoy!

there's a site out there, it's German, with actual star maps, i.e., Vega's this way from Earth, 25 light years, and in this cluster. Found it through google, just don't remember where..maps for up to 250 light years away, if I remember. Thanks for the links..have to check them out.
