Subject: having problems with online store

Hi In the last few days I have tried twice to purchase something for the new store and each time the transaction failed. Each time after I had filled my name/address/credit card info and hit the secure purchase button, I was sent to the next screen with the message: CC Processing Failure! AVS Failed: Problem connecting to the AVS server, please try again. Each of these purchases were made at about 10:00 pm EST and as I live in Canada I changed the country to Canada and put In my postal code (6 digits) in the zip code area. I included the above info as I know any little thing that a computer doesn't expect can cause problems. Looking forward to any info on this problem. Andrew Houston wander@ilap.com
