Yes, I will, I got a tiny degree in french..let's go: Translated_(in prose, don't do rhyme yet)_ A song by ALAIN SOUCHON_ french singer Title "IT'S GONNA BE YOUR WAY"_ ("C'est comme vous voulez") Lyrics by Alain Souchon Music by Laurent Voulzy (Un-published Tranlation by Klaus_(Me) & dedicated to the for the Writers-Forum. <<<<< Without any opinion, I'm a singer, I am your disciple for all of your plots. Honnor and Ethics I don't know that. I'm "Cool", I use to follow the directions I can do pretty fine things Saying just "cocaine" Or a video-clip of Heavy Metal Hard-Rock Saying "Pearl-Harbor" You say: "Samba, well it's beautiful" Then I'll do you the "samba-Ghetto". You're saying": "The beguine, yeah, Okay !" Oh, yeah, I will do you the Antitllese guy. Sheep, Sheep, Submitted, docile, without any rebellion "Beh, beh", I will follow: All what you like I'll like, please. {Refrain:} It's gonna be your way... It's gonna be your way. To where you're going , I would go. It's gonna be your way... ...YOUR WAY I followed you down east to Hanoi In order to save your Empire. Obediant little good boy, Bye-bye ? gotta get out ?, let's get out, then. Standing, lying down, I give you my pow, Sitting, proud, Hassi-Messaoud I followed, for the Honnor, the horror, Panurgis Disciple Sheep in a row. Then, you' re telling me: "See ya guy in Kabul." Me, you know me: I'm charging up to Kabul. You said: "Go to Santiago". Her we go ?, then, to Santiago, I go. Sheep, sheep, Submitted, docile, without any rebellion Beh, beh, I'll follow The war or the peace. {Refrain} Ku Klux Clan, Baba Daddy-Cool, GreenPeace And the Moon Sect's Imbeciles, Karl Marx, Brothers, and the nice so childish Dollar, Bob Dylan in your cave, Or some youngster modern Nazi, Nazis. {Refrain-finale} It's gonna be your way.... It's gonna be your way.... To where you will go, it's too gonna be my way... It's gonna be "YOUR WAY" !!!.. >>>>> French Original title: "C'est comme vous voulez" Lyrics by Alain Souchon,(translated by me). Music: Laurent Voulzy. (I read that France and Europ are "old" and "second-rate countries". LOL) The words I tried to translate are the litteral text of the song it's not politically corect, but you know, we already had our Bastille day, not permanently, that's our weak point, but we had it once or twice with the first moustachu Please no hard feeling, excepted if this song "allows" you not to have any. You were never used to become "resistant", never were invaded yet, or ..did you ? I love you all anyway. _The fobidden sentence I would certainly would ban anyone of yo who ould say the "cursed" expression: (NEVER pronounce it !!! It's a curse: you would disappear off out of the cosmic virtual web...!!! It is:... "What's under the moustache of a criminal sheep?" Vaudou white magic Guru Native American German born Klaus would send you to a hoorible hell ifyou just said this damned amid the damned things to ever say !!!!!! Bye bye. Love ya !

I'm sorry, I've completely lost the plot here. What forbidden sentence are you on about? Surely it would be simpler to translate straight into English (American or International) from the original French? I'm not actually sure you are allowed to post song words, even in translation. It could be copyright infringement. Perhaps you should ask in the copyright forum just to be sure. Or maybe someone else here knows the answer. Shanna :-) Wondering where you read that France and Europe are old and second rate countries.

Subject: Heidi, Shoshanna' Instant Message from -Klaus: First what you said about translating "straight" is not possble. I am NOT french. I just been learning french in France for 10 years when I was young. (Stayed in Paris as a student "poil aux dents"). _The second thing is I heard that Franceand Europ were "second rate countries by your own president, as far as he is not retardd himself, so yo ucould add Germany too, and the rest of the world... LOL... _Third thing: US Laws on copyrights don't govern the world: they are not the same In canada where there's NO copyrights Laws at all, and ..eventhough how can I know your US Laws( then I don't SEE WHY I or anybody would obey those lwas that the world find nasty for everybody..I could add more...) but I know you like us to be politically,I prefer "Bulgariany" or "Austrianly" correct, which means:You follow OUR lasws...Powett-powett-answers the the car's klaxon..), because it's enough already with big brother(s) and his (their) Laws. _ ONLY my personal thought ? LOL...I don't have this impresion. Who in the world cares of today's US Laws, or Superman's-Power anyway ? Answer to this question to yourself. Do you think you live in DisneyLand ? I hope you understand better now. Don't write to me again. Thanks. Just so you know, I am British. Shanna :-?

This really doesn't have anything to do with writing, so off it goes to the OT Forum. Whoosh!

Don't worry Shanna, he's always like this. Nurse, the screens!

Is Klaus the same guy who wanted his lyrics worked on in the Writer's Forum a while back? I took a stab at it. If I was being unfair, I'd say this must be translated from the French, it causes a surfeit of head-scratching..;) I think I get the general gist, tho..remember, to dare is to win, if you work at SAS..;) L'audace, l'audace, toujours l'audace! You have delighted us with your excellence for a measured amount of time. I think you get approval for copyrights..buying them outright is an expensive proposition..ask Michael Jackson..;)..on second thought..and on to the next thread..;)

US Laws on copyrights don't govern the world: they are not the same<< There is also "International Copyright", which is recognised and enforced by most countries. >>In canada where there's NO copyrights Laws at all, << When did canada repeal their copyright laws? They not only have their own copyright laws, but they're also one of those countries i was telling you about that recognise international copyright...

There is no reasoning with the unreasonable.

Depends on the publisher. Most are OK with reproducing lyrics as long as you give credit. Cohen's publisher actually encourages it. And yes we do have copyright laws in Canada.

will someone translate the music 2? un deux trois quatre un deux............FRIES!!!!!

xoconostle posted Sun, 02 March 2003 at 1:50 PM

Hm, I just re-read Herr -Klaus' writings. -Klaus, why are you making bizarre threats? Also, am I correct in understanding that you don't see why you or anybody would respect U.S. Copyright laws? That's what you wrote, so it would be nice to have a better understanding of why you would say something like that. Does your disrespect include, you know, restrictions on items used in creating 3D Graphics? Just asking...

mateo_sancarlos posted Sun, 02 March 2003 at 2:35 PM

Klaus, did you hear about the latest French joke? Pres. Bush and some guys in the White House did a google search using "French military victories". In return they got a page that said:

Did you mean: "French military defeats" No standard web pages containing all your search terms were found.

Your search - "French military victories" - did not match any documents.

ffp posted Mon, 03 March 2003 at 5:57 AM

hmm, think you forgot the punch line: "french military defeats" - 23 hits "french military victories" - 142 hits "bush knows how to use google" - no hits :-)

Just going by his writing style, I believe _Klaus is a certain individual who has been banned repeatedly for multiple racist statements, personal attacks, and so on, who keeps coming back under aliases to try and spark flames, but ends up just getting laughed at. The individual I am thinking of is Liftan. Moderators? He's baaaa-ack!

After seeing his long post last week I was pretty sure it was Liftan again, this just confirms it. Same old hostile attitude and constant semi-veiled threats. 8P

xoconostle posted Mon, 03 March 2003 at 2:00 PM

A threat of a magical curse is best laughed off, but it's still uncool. I wouldn't know anything about Liftan, but Klaus' gallery images are so unique that anyone familiar with Liftan's images (which again, I'm not) would be able to tell if they were "alike" or not.

Even thought he seems to be "Liftan", he hasn't violated the TOS up to now. (Unless of course, he had a life-time-ban against him - which I would find rather questionable.) I have my difficulties understanding all that he has written and some of the text is indeed very strange. His galleries are very alike those I have seen of Liftan. He uses the same methods of composition and still doesn't seem to like the concept of anti-aliasing. However, his remarks have become less aggressive and less insulting.
