I keep on having selection problems. I explain. I am creating some flat squares, and on each of them I have to put an image. I ctrl-D the object, click on the M and select the image I want to load. I load it and when I check the first square, it has automatically changed texture. tried to ctrl clik the object and all other triks, but they don't work. So here I am asking you if there is a chance to re-set the original settings of Bryce, seen that no other thing work. For your information, the only solution I found is to save every single object in the "create" box. But is such a loss of time! Thanks in advance for your help

Do you create a new Image or do you overwrite the old one? I mean: does a new Image appear in the "Image Library" in the place you open the Pics for your Material or does it just change?

No, I overvrite the old one. Go in the material lab when i open the texture source editor. There I find the last image, go to load the new one and click the check mark. When I go back to the scene, also the 1st object I had textured with another picture changes and both have the 2nd image textured on them. Hope you understand, it's not easy to explain in a language that is not yours....thanxxxxxx

I am not sure if this will help but it seems that you are replacing the texture. Here is what I would do: Create a square or use the little Leonardo picture. Load texture in one of the free blocks. New square or duplicate the one that you are using. Load in new texture in new block. Hope that helps .. Let me know what you native language is and maybe I can help there. Good luck

Ghostofmacbeth, thanx for your reply. I am italian. And duplicate the square and apply a new texture is what I do, but they all change to the last used. Maybe there is an option to reset all default settings?

I havent heard of it doing that unless it was a pre-patch Poser 3. That could only have one material loaded in at a time and caused a lot of problems for me. You might try creating a new object or picture plane each time and see if that will help. It should be possible to have many pictures all loaded in from past experince. Good luck Oh .. My Italian is very bad but I have seen a nifty program. It might not be perfect but it might help.

Gotcha. Hope things work out for you and you do much better with your English than I do with my Italian. Well let's just say I can barely speak it even a tiny bit but I can understand you pretty well. Good luck again.

Click in one of the free squares next to your already loaded Picture and a new Open Dialog box will open. Agree a new image, and now you can see both pics in there.I think that this would help.( I can offer German as alternative Language).
