Hi everyone, I have a problem with CakeOne's RealEyes on V3... They look just fine in preview after some fiddling with the correct position (see screenshot). ....

...but after rendering the eyes are gone! Any ideas how to fix this?

I don't know but I hope so, cause I have them and would love to use them on her...Sharen

I think I've gotten this before. For me, I think finding the .rsr geometry file and killing it fixed the problem. If not that, maybe a reboot?

did you make her original eyes invisible? just a thought. anyway, I don't see a point in using Real Eyes on V3... V3 default eyes are very well made. I use the Real Eyes on figures that have less than perfect eyes, like V2, Steph, Mike etc.

Hi

Well, i just purchased V3 a couple of weeks ago and didn't really had time to have fun with her yet.
To be honnest, i tried the real eyes on her yesterday for the first time.

I don't see why there should be a problem on this particular character .

The eye sockets are quite empty (when you put the original eyes invisible) so the Real eyes should work in them like they do for the other millenium characters.

so it looks more to me that it is a render problem or a rsr issue as mentionned by FyreSpiryt.

Oh... Do your Real eyes still render ok if you put them on another character (by creating a clompete new poser file, and not loading an existing one)?

Please, let me know what version of Poser you use, mac or pc, and if you could solve the problem.

As for a new posefile for V3, well, it should be online soon, in fact, as soon as i have the perfect fitting. ;o)

Take care

Cecile

Many thanks for your replies. I just wanted to let you know that the problem is gone. Don't ask me what I did?!? <:) I re-applied the RealEyes' textures and it worked. Maybe a Mac problem, since I work on this machine. Cheers, Phil
