I made a few animation clips with carrara and put the movie together with ulead video studio.Want to output it vhs tape.Need some advice,as to,hardware to do it?Anybody have any luck in doing this? What hardware works,to get the movie out of the PC and on to tape.Thanks d

Hi... Does Ulead give you an 'export movie' function. If so, all you need is a 'video out' card in your pc or a 'capture card.' -Style

You should check if Ulead can make NTSC videos (640x480 30fps w/ fields). Also you need a card capable of video output (or some kind of video-out device). s-video has become a standard on today's 3D cards but I don't know how good the video quality is. Also if you are planing on putting sound to the movie, there are other issues to take into consideration for audio output is done using other methods.

NTSC in terms of being viewed on television and not a computer is actually 720x480 29.97 frames per second (drop frame format).
