Hi everybody. Our "spotlight link of the week" has really lots of wonderful phototextures to use, so I did it and used them heavily in this image.Hope you like it.
If you want to see the much larger and oh-so-really-less compressed version, click the link to the gallery posting above.

Like the pic, but shouldn't you raise the bump on the peeling metal plate on the left?

Actually it's up to 100... tried to make an altitude render to obtain a terrain, but it wasn't so good.

You can make bumps higher than 100. Not that I think this needs it.

GG: How can you make bumps higher than 100? The slider only goes from -100 to 100 in the texture editor in the version I have (Bryce 5 with the update).

Stefano, it's amazing. There is only one very very tiny thing I would change. The stain on the stone under the bust would be greener. I love the way you even thought to put the dirt/dry grass in the storm sewer openings! Tres

Bump maps; Click on the actual number for the bump map, so you can manually enter a number, you can make it go up to 999. AgentSmith

AgentSmith, GroinGrinder, an often overlooked feature, thanks for pointing it out. Doublecrash, that's a great image.

Whoa, I didn't know you could increase the 100 limit on the bump! Now I will try something extreme, just to see what it comes out :) Tres: you're right. The statue being coppery, I think I should've bleeded some greenish stuff onto the stone-base. Stefano
