wanna get this made as a head morph for vicki 3 for personal use. Looking for someone to give it a go.

could you be more precise ? why not spawn morph target ?

tell me how to make a picture spawn as a morph target and i will ;). Its not vicki, its probably not even a poser figure. Its from a image that caught my eye, i'd like to see someone recreate it for V3. just need the head done.
