Can anyone help me find a model of an old fashioned shoe store fitting stool? You know the ones with the slanting foot ramp in front of the pad the salesperson sat on? It would really be sweet if I could also find a model of those weird looking shoe size devices with the sliding scales for size and width (especially if they have MT's). Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Someone will probably volunteer to make the stool, but they might want some pictures to know exactly what you want. The measuring device is a "Brannock Device", probably trademarked, definately patented. If you find a modeler, I have a Brannock Device, and can probably supply adequate pictures to someone that is willing to try to model it.

Steve, I am working on getting decent pictures of the "Brannock Device". I am having glare problems with the flash, as the device is made of polished aluminum. I still haven't learned how to use my digital camera. I will let you know when I have pictures that will work.
