This may have already been addressed if so please forgive me but I was wondering if Poser5 still had the same problem with rendering imported backgrounds as did poser4?

Do you mean the pixelation that occurs, even when the background image is the same size as the render?
Fixed, with the Firefly renderer. But the old P4 renderer still pixelates.

One work-around that I use, (inP4), is to apply the BG as a texture to a plane, and scale accordingly. Plus this gives one more control over tint, lightness etc.
