In the imported objects there is a cube with rounded edges, also make the texture with glass that has some bump and decent amount of specularity. keep experimenting till you get it. Check this link.tjohn posted Sun, 16 March 2003 at 5:31 AM

Or if you don't mind postwork you could put a wind filter on it in something like PS, so maybe your fire and water was in motion?

I like the second ice shape much better. At the risk of having you hunt me down and kill me, have you thought about a tornado shape for wind? This picture is looking great so far. Lin
