Alright, I have been dealing with this problem for a good bit now with no proper results. Alright so Judy as she is presented in her default form is way too pale for my preferences. So I simply darken up her body a little bit to make her look tanner. The problem now is that the soles of judy's feet look like someone ran a cheese grater over them, blech. So I have been screwing around with the texturre a good bit of time now (I would simply remove the textured bit and put a tanned color in it's place) and it would always come out that the foot has a totally different color from the sole and it is really starting to piss me off now, so can anyone help me?

No experience with changing the feet texture, but these characters all used the default Judy texture (which I think is too pink). Some I tinted, just by adding a bit of color to the diffuse color. Darker tints do muddy the texture a bit, so you might want to fiddle with the lights to compensate a bit.
