I went by the Memphis Botanic Gardens today and shot a few. Its a great place just to spend the afternoon just walking around. I had to lower the JPED quality settings on these down to 45, I guess due to busyness of all the individual leaves and flowers. Very peaceful place.

The dogwoods arent out yet, but the daffodils sure are.

Many of the flowering trees have started to bloom.

Oh my! Flowers already! The signs of spring are slow in coming here....not a single green thing yet! This is nice to see Marshall! Looking forward to the magnolia & dogwood blooms in my yard.........

Nice tour, Phrank. I did see three or four poor pathetic blooming daffodils huddled in the snow yesterday. Things are getting green, but there was enough new snow yesterday to make things white. Always snows last few days in March. Maybe if you flap your arms REAL hard in this direction... I like these four shots. Now have to rush over to your Gallery...

These shots are great! Flowers are starting here as well. Think spring is a fantastic time for photographers ;o) I'm gonna have a look to your gallery now...
