Subject: Trouble downloading my purchase

I paid for a Poser character set, Fever Fashion Jessy. When I tried to download it, I was only able to get about 90% of it before the transfer was cut off. I tried several times and also tried to get a download manager I use(Get Right) to handle the download. Unfortunately my attempts were unsuccessful and now the download link is gone after giving me a message saying that I had exceeded the allowed number of attempts. I emailed the store about this but have not received a response yet. Since I want the file set, could you please reactivate the download link and let me try again? If the next set of attempts are unsuccessful, I will want to see about either making other arrangements for getting the files or request a refund/store credit.
