Hi, I've been trying to pose Koshini and my posing skills suck, so I've tried some pre-made poses and they are doing funny things like stretching out parts of her, or her clothes then don't fit right. What am I doing wrong? Should I pose her first and then dress her, or dress first and then pose? Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

"Stretching out" tends to happen when you have IK turned on, especially on the arms. If IK is on, try turning it off and see if things improve.

you can also try other model poses like V2 they work better than you would think .
