Yep, mini skirts and stockings are definitely sexy.

Now that I have your attention, I created a bunch of transparency maps and MAT files for the Morphing Fantasy Dress. They're in the FreeStuff secion. There's 5 MATs to change the hemline, 3 to change sleeve lengths, and 11 to change the neck/chest area. You can mix and match these for a wide range of looks. No textures are included.

As with all my stuff, these can be used in commercial or non-commercial renders.

As a bonus, you can include them in other freebies for the dress, so long as you keep my readme and MAT thumbnails. You can even include them in commercial products if you credit me for the transparency maps and donate a freebie to the general community. (The transparency maps must be a small part of the package. Please don't just turn around and sell the trans maps themselves.)

I tested these in P4 and P5. P5 was flakey, but it has been flakey on other MAT files lately, so I think it's my machine. (What a shock!)

Enjoy!

Here's a more serious image showing a few of the options. The left and right dresses are showing off textures that came with the dress. Cheers!

Crescent...that's great! I see now I was short sighted about complaining that the morphing dress wasn't really suitable for V3 in modern dress...I have some neighbors who would love to wear that outfit...and, yes, they are male. Thank you so much. I was trying to make my own transparency but, as usual, had problems with the hemline. Sigh. I really appreciate you making it so easy. Poser 5 flaky? I'm shocked. Not surprised. Just shocked.

I figured out a few new tricks to make transparencies easier to make, so I put up a tutorial on it, if anyone's interested. It uses just Poser (4 or 5) and a photo-imaging program like Photoshop or PSP.

Ow, my soul. ::falls over:: Thanks for the freebie, Crescent! I was hoping someone would do some like that so I wouldn't have to. :)

Crescent: you're my new hero! I love those transmaps. And I love that first picture, too. Tres chic. ;)
