It's already nice, but it looks a bit like the objects have just been placed in the forground to fill the scene up. Maybe you should place the ships a bit further away from each other and place them at different (but logic) angles. I'm one of the few people who have never done a Starwars image, so I don't really know very much improvements.

I don't get any sense of depth. Try maybe placing some ships further away from the camera, those close to the camera will give the viewer scale while those further away will give the viewer depth. And I agree with the lights needing to be on on the death star. Cool pic, Great start.

Try putting endor in there to help with the scale,and pulling the camera away to get more scope. Otherwise great start.

Thanx for all the input,I will be adding the nessary changes and maybe a couple more renders /varaitions on here...Any ideas on how i could light the DeathStar?

maybe more stars in the background and have them smaller and not as bright.. looks good ....

Easiest way for lights is to paint them on.

Perhaps put the DS in a semi transparent sphere, one that is textured with hundreds of small lights....there are a couple in the materials drop/down I think........
