Been trying and trying to get a completely blank/smooth face for Mike and haven't had much luck. Anyone know if and or where there might be one? Here's what I've gotten so far but it's far from perfect.

There is a pretty smooth version that is in the Darkness figure in freestuff someplace. Think it is here and at 3DCommune

Traveller just posted some Superhero morphs at RuntimeDNA that can do just what you're trying. Everything, but the mouth that is. I could use a morph for the mouth myself. Good Luck! Jay Let me know if you find a "no mouth" morph. :)
