In the Joint Parameters palate how do you determine what the scale settings should be on a poser model. Those numbers seem all too random to me. The values they use in the Poser Guide are nice but it doesn't explain how they are derived. Please elp me! terry26@hotmail.com

Must've slipped my mind...but it's the thought that counts...

heya; um... don't mess with the numbers in the joint parameter palette. :) the only time i use that is to rotate the center if i know i made a limb that is, say, at a 45-degree angle. go into the window where the jp green and red things are, and use the target-shaped cursor to actively move them. you can grab the center and drag it around, and grab the ends of the twist thing and expand/collapse that, and move the arms of the green and red x's. and as to determine where to put them, grab the limb and rotate it and see if it looks good. :)
