You've already made it. Just take the lips of this picture and resize it to fit over the lips of any vicky texture you've got. Provided the shape still works...

Well, there's more to it than that; the skin tone has to match over the face.

you can easily blend in the skin tone to match using a paint program and the smudge tool just save the lips over the original texture then open it back up in photoshop or paintshop and use the smudge tool around the skin area with light short strokes and it should come out next to perfect

I usually use the lasso or magic wand tool in Photoshop to select the lips on the original texture, then "paste into" the new lips. That way, you keep the lips within the material of the map, but get the color and texture. You can then reshape the lips on your model any way you want. Diane
