One tool poets like to use is the envelope stanza, where the rhyming head or tail encloses other lines that don't necessarily rhyme. If the first line rhymes with the fourth this is the fourth distance. I've normally tried to score poems where the rhymes where within the fourth distance, but this month I'd like to open that up. Everyone up for a May Challenge get your ears on 'cause I'm working on the model.
