Hello everyone, i have this question. I found Angelina, a downloadable character from who knows when, I think it was old but it was still in renderosity last week. Well but the thing is, this is the perfect woman body. I show you above. anyone know how i can set dials in victoria so it becomes like this one? I'm not sure the artist who made it used victoria or stephanie or something , but when i set the angelina dial from 1.000 to 0, it looks like stephanie or victoria. Then, i wouldn't be able to make it as good as angelina because angelina has smooth thighs, anyone know if there is a Smooth thigh/remove muslce lump morph for victoria? This angelina has great legs and bottom. I don't like the face but since victoria 2 has nice face morphs, i woul dlike to know if anyone knows how to change victoria to look like Angelina.

Well that looks very like good old Posette, with some nice morphs on the chest, hips and upper thighs. So I'd use P4Vskin (as remapped by AprilYsh) and have the best of both worlds, with Vickie's skin and Posettes slim body. Lyrra PS - Interesting choice of name

Hello :o) Maybe you can ask the author for some additional infos. Hope this helps :o) Elaine

Use Mason's MorphManager and transfer Victoria 2's face morphs and any other body morphs you want on Angelina. Vicki1 and 2 share the same geometry but Vicki 2 has more morphs. A more tedious way (if you wanted the morphing that Blackhearted did) would be to spawn a morph target for every body part on Angelina and export them and then apply these .obj's to any other Vicki 1 or 2 character. But this will take time, and besides if I remember correctly Angelina is also resized so I'd go with the first option.

I agree with Odyssey...that's her, Blackhearted ex-girlfriend. IIRC, she has those thighs and butt because she was a dancer.

Yup! And you are right. She has one of the most gorgeous bodies. I haven't pulled her out lately, but I also am pretty sure there was some scaling involved. So I would just transfer the morphs to her. That is what I did back when I was working with her.

I agree with Lyrra.....interesting name indeed.

Blackhearted also included a similar body in his "Girl Next Door" collection, which I wish he would update for V3....if he's listening....hint, hint. Scarab

It's Angelyna by Blackhearted, alright; using Victoria 1. I'm guessing that it was the popularity of this model that got him to become a merchant. Many of his models tend to be the of the thin-hipped, larger butt-thigh type (look at Frezella & Ki, for instance). I'd love to see an analysis as to why that body type is so popular. It's one of my favorites as well; it's one of the three main models I use for rendering and has been there for at least 18 months while others have come and gone.

BTW: I've been able to get a body type very similar using V3; I have a MOR-Scale pose file that I use to get it. I'll have to see about making it available in Freestuff.

I have Angelyna as well, she's been around for a looooooong time....at least since 2001 when I started with poser because I remember her being new in freestuff right after I got V1......I loved the fact that her body was so different. Oh well, sorry, no morph transfer help but just wanted to add my two cents :)

a sudden attack of brains .... load angelina. now select V2 and click on the doublecheck to replace figure. Accept the change, and say yes to "keep deformers" and "keep scaling" since v1 and 2 take the same geometry, the character should transfer almost entirely intact.

"I'd love to see an analysis as to why that body type is so popular" its not, unfortunately. people tend to go more for the waifish, anorexic look. my characters are called short and fat more times than i can count. frazella, hands down, was my worst selling product. i posted the render i did for the promo of my nia character in another art gallery and it was called 'fat' or chubby by several people. go figure. id pick bettie page over kate moss anyday. one of these days im going to redo my angelyna character, since looking at it there are some things that i would like to change. ill also throw in a freebie texture as well so its a complete package - i get dozens of emails every month complaining that she doesnt include a texture or 'she renders all white' :) cheers, -gabriel

Fat?!?! I think all your characters are very well proportioned...and more real than most of the others out there....sheesh!

lol Makes you wonder what world these people live in. Of course, when you stare at Vicky all day, maybe you just get used to seeing her as default woman. :D Don't know what you want to change about her. I think she is great as-is. I still remember when you released her. I think I helped test her out for you ('course, it was awhile ago, my memory stinks.) Crappy painting and all, I still left the image in my gallery I did when I deleted a lot of the old stuff just 'cause I liked her so much. :D

:) i think my biggest turnoff when it comes to women's bodies is really skinny thighs. like when you look at a woman from the front and instead of bulging outwards, her inner thighs curve inwards (concave). yikes! time to eat some big-macs :) thats why ive never liked the default vicky body, because thats how her thighs are. shes also got quite a wide waist and squareish hips. just not my style, i guess. so the vicky clothing im modelling will include morphs to shape her hips and thighs. angelyna, because i had to use some scaling to get her into the shape she is, has some joint issues. she deforms slightly more than vicky when you bend her arms and thighs in certain ways, and id rather avoid that. her body is based on my evil ex-fiancee who did ballet since she was 7-8 yrs old, the face is something purely fictitious i created when we broke up and i decided to release the morph rather than scrap it but i didnt want to see her face on it. its as close as i could get it - she was 5'2", and had massive thighs/glutes/calves, but a very thin waist. i see a lot of ballerinas/cheerleaders with the same type of physique, gymnasts as well although their sport tends to thicken their waists and torsos quite a bit. i created her with magnets, but i think i could do a better job if i pulled her into a 3rd party program and did a complete body morph for her from scratch - something like i did with nia. i also think ill tone the legs down a bit and make her slightly more likely to fit into clothing this time, in fact ill probably change it altogether into something similarly 'styled' (petite yet toned) but different - truth is im getting sick of looking at her, 20k downloads or no. and yeah, i dont think nia is fat :) lol... shes probably my skinniest character to date, other than my 'waif' morph in my girl next door morph pack (but i designed that for faeries and lanky teenagers). you can see all of nia's ribs for god's sake, lol. but some people have this rediculous image of 'the perfect woman' pounded into their heads by the media that theyve been exposed to since birth, and they accept that as 'beautiful'. im sorry, but i find most supermodels revolting. theyre like walking sticks. and dont even get me started on breast implants. ive seen so many women who would have had gorgeous bodies had it not been for the 5lb sacs of silicone they had stuffed into their chests. ugh. small, perky A and B cups can be very nice... not so when theyve been stretched to watermelon size by forcing implants into them and making them look like overfilled waterballoons about to burst. disclaimer: no offense to any anorexic supermodel types or women who have gone from A cups to FFF cups via implants who may be reading this post, i just dont find you physically attractive. at all :) but 99% of society does, so dont let me get you down. i think the women that fit closest into my ideal would be the pinup/playboy models from the late 50's. curvy, soft, leggy - in shape, slightly muscular yet not 'cut' like a lot of women these days. their muscles served to fill them out, give them more curves and shape, rather than make them look all chiseled and angular. a rock-hard 6 pack on a woman is just... wierd looking to me :) cheers, -gabriel
