I have finally found some time to participate iin a challenge - My Business's Busy season is finally leveled off - Anyway - I cant seen to get my background right for this unncontrollaable force - a 2D plane backkground seems to get lost and an enclosed radiosity backkgroound seems to dull out the render

any suggestions - or should I just taake the time and build some 3D stuff in the back houses trees etc...

PS Im also gonna add spinning debris in the twister -

PS MY KEYBOARD IS STICKING SORRY FOR THE DOUBLE LETTER TYPING

thanks

If we say that the whole twister looks like a mushroom, then the top of the mushroom should perhaps be expanded to fill the whole frame at that level. Then perhaps a road/highway nearby with cars etc. Looking great so far....

Looks really great. You may want to take a look at the National Weather Survey tornadoes galleries... they're full of awesome photo that you can use as reference. S.

tornado's great! i may not be a good bryster but i hope this helps... :the tornado looks like a code top side down... :to show its massive, try a really intersting POV... i's pretty sure you have one :the Bryster is right, a few houses, cars and orad plus trees for a more interesting pic... and watch the movie TORNADO for more info... great job! im excited to see the finish product... good luck on the competition! my work for the contest is about 80% done, hop you try to take at it too when i post it here, thnx

I woud like the tornado to be more cone shaped, and something else to look at wouldn't hurt. A tornado in the desert isn't very dramatic
