Hi, I mailed you yesterday, with my purchase number for the V3 Male morph pack, but so far no reply. I need the SR1 update to make use of stuff I bought at RDNA yesterday, and since I presume you don't work weekends, and I'd like to play with my toys this weekend I could use a link to the upgrade. I don't have mail at home and I've not got much space at hotmail. I'm also in Germany, and my phone won't phone out, incomming and DSL still work, but I can't make calls, so I can't call anyone. I appreciate a reply (if you're reading :) before you go home for the weekend, that way I can play :) Cheers! jb

I would suggest contacting DAZ directly. They have their e-mail addy's listed on the site. Although they drop by from time to time, here - they don't visit frequently. I have always had good and usually fast results, dealing with them on a direct basis. I think direct contact with DAZ is your best bet. Hope this bit of advice is helpful to you.

I have to agree - email them again or call them just like you would any other business) - they have toll free numbers listed on their site so it isn't that difficult to give them a quick ring. There is no guarantee that anyone who can fix this for you is online or will be today or this weekend.

Aren't the updates at the bottom of all the product pages if one exists?
praxis22 posted Fri, 16 May 2003 at 3:46 PM
Not for the male pack, apparently the upgrade includes a vital part of V3, so you have to mail them with your order number... later jb

If you purchase the male body morphs now, is the update included?

Way OT, but toll free numbers in the US don't work as toll free from Europe. We gotta pay the regular rate. grrrrrr.

Musicat, Yup, that's the V3 SR1 what I needed 9and have now got) was the V3 male pack SR1 (link) Where it says at the bottom of the page the following: "2/06/03 Files renamed in Conjunction with Victoria 3 SR1 This update encompasses an integral portion of the original product. If you purchased this product before the above date, to receive the update please send an email to tech@daz3d.com with your name and order number." Which is what I did :) Spit, I had the counter on my download reset, so I think you need to download the whole thing again, talk to DAZ, give them your number, and they'll do it for you too :) later jbSpit posted Sun, 18 May 2003 at 1:53 AM
No, the thing is I haven't bought them yet. Just wondering if I buy them now if the update is included or I have to go through hoops.
