A lot of other sites have signatures that are automatically put on the bottom of a post, and I notice several people do it manually. Would this be possible?

Please, for the love of God NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!! As you can tell, I hate signatures. They are annoying and clutter up the page and interfere with the flow of a thread when you are trying to concentrate. They are usually stupid little quotes or poems or something equally as pathetic and unnecessary.
