I haven't seen any. Isn't he supposed to be released some time this summer?

I only hope he is not chalk on board still. DAZ has been too silent.

I think he's going to be GREAT. But I have no plans to purchase. Sigh. The thought of another 23 folders added to the libraries kinda turns me off. Anyway I haven't even used all the stuff I've gotten for Michael 2 yet. Sigh.

Just my opinion, but... I took V3 out for a spin recently. I bought it full knowing that it was more than my computer could handle, but I figured I might as well at least check it out in anticipation of the computer I know I'll be buying that can handle it. It's a big, complicated mess. Yeah, it has more features than a 2003 Peugeot, but most of them are so subtle, how many are we actualy gonna use? (And how many are reflected in the clothing? -- hint, hint) You'd think DAZ could come up with a slightly more efficient system for working with the model than a dial setting for every polygon on the mesh. Frankly, if M3 is like this, I ain't bothering, because it seems just loading Vicky and Michael 3 and nothing else will break even the biggest system going completely.

If you load only the morphs you're going to use, then V3 isn't that bad. The easiest thing to do is load a V3 with everything in it, create the character, then use the INJection builder to create a file with just the morphs you used. Depending on the character, you may find it smaller than V2 or M2. I have an Aiko character packed with extra morphs that comes out to 50MB. I know I can get some good V3 characters with a lot less overhead than that!

I like v3 for her softer realistic look...but IHATED all the folders. so what I did was remove all the inj rem folders except for the folder that adds all inj and removes all. simply because if I am working on a face I am not going to go through the mess of loading just her face or just her breast and then nothing else...when I work on a charecter I tend to tweek something then go ohh I need to tweek that....so it was only logical for me to remove all the other inj. I mean I am going to load them all anyway. This did save some space in my pose library. I mean really when most of us work on a face we tweek it all not just the features or expressions we tweek it all and dont like to wait to load something else..like Joeyaristaphane said...they are so subtle why take up the space. heh...though I still prefer playing with V2 I still have V3 on here and sometimes take her out for a spin...
