Okay... I need a little help, but I'll only need it this once. I need to produce a 11x17 inch poster (most of you have seen it) and I need the output at 300 dpi. I know that what I need to do is pixel by pixel, but I'm unsure of the math. Anyone help? Is 3300 x 5100 correct? Is the math really that simple? Michael

your math is correct. I didnt use a formula I just went into photoshop made a new 11x17 inch and then went to image size and it had the pixels converted for me :D

Do you have Photoshop? I guess yes. So simply create a new imag there with 300 dpi and a size of 11x17 inch. Then go under image size and see how many pixels you got. The simplest way of finding out - and be sure! Walther
