Hi all, Just a little field study here. I am an avid poser user but also love working with 3D Studio Max. Here is what I am wondering: I have been working for the last four months on a charcter that has bee brought over from Poser and rigged in 3D Studio Max. I am thinking of putting the skeleton in the store with a detailed tutorial on rigging it so that a newbie could import their poser mesh and rig it with the skeleton in a matter of maybe an hour's worth of work--probably less time. Now, I would like to know--besides how many people would buy this--is how much would seomthing like this be worth? I have not seen much in the way of such an item in the Renderosity store and have no idea what it is worth. The skeleton would be fairly easy to bring over to Michael as well if there is a market for that. Please, let me know. This would be scaled for Vicky 1, 2, & 3 with Michael on the way if there is enough interest.

Greetings, Poser newbie here! First, what version of Poser would this work on? Secondly, when you say "poser mesh" are you referring to a mat file or what? Remember, I did say I was a newbie! Thirdly, what advantage does this give one? hey, you asked! Stev

ssalter, This would be if you exported Vicky from Poser to use in 3D Studio Max. This would allow you to create the character in Poser and then work with it in 3D Studio Max to take advantage of Max's greater power. jaybutton, this would be for Max 4.0 and above with Character Studio 3.0. I doubt it would work with any previous versions. But I cannot say for sure since 4 is what I have.
