I am trying to find a neon sttyl sign prop or even a skeezy hotel kinda sign (That was the first example, just mean a vertical city sign) that runs vertical or something .. Anyone have any clues?

Try baument.com I seem to recall storefront or movie theatre front with signs. 3dmodelz may also have freebies of streetscapes.
