Incredible movie in Mover 4 by Phoul. The Poser people moves so naturally that you could believe they are a life. A little long to load, but it worth the time. It is called FOOLS GAMES. The sound is great too! Guitta

I don't want to look like this. And it should have a warning - just a little brutal! The movements are really really fantastic. A lot of work, that's for sure.

One day your ship comes in - but you're at the airport.

All I can say is WOW! Thank you for the tip.

Hey Wade it does have a warning. A big PG-13 warning banner. All I can say is, it's WONDERFUL work and I hope to see more. I have to get my Mover 4 loaded and stat playing with it.

Phoul posted Wed, 21 May 2003 at 10:27 AM

About the 'PG-13' I put it with a little delay. May be Wabe (btw thank you. Agree with you) went to my page before the logo was uploaded.

Well. Many thanks to all for the nice words. Make me very happy.

whtbearfan posted Wed, 21 May 2003 at 11:27 AM

Oh I see, well wade may not have seen the warning banner. Sorry if I jumped the gun. Phoul, your work is great. I may drop you a note or two when I start trying to do Mover 4 stuff.

=VERY= well done Phoul! This is the kind of thing that shows that the comparatively low dollar programs that get derided because they aren't 'professional' are more than up to the task....in the right hands. So what's the next one going to be....? :P

krimpr posted Thu, 22 May 2003 at 6:53 AM

I tried three times to d/l it last night; I got an error message that the requested site is presently unavailable. Maybe too much traffic :(

DarkElegance posted Thu, 22 May 2003 at 2:00 PM

Phoul uses QT6; anything earlier and all you get is audio. And sometimes not even that. If that is what you have, make sure the QT plugin for your browser is working.

that is amazing :|

Why do I keep getting this???????? grrr. Everybody else gets all the fun :(

gebe posted Fri, 23 May 2003 at 3:25 AM

Maybe you don't have QT?

FrenchKiss posted Sun, 25 May 2003 at 3:19 PM

OMG this is wonderful! Great work!!!

Dale B posted Sun, 25 May 2003 at 3:56 PM

Hmm. What version of Exploder are you using? Phoul is using PHP to initialize the viewing window (and keep his content under fairly rigid lock). The browser might not support that particular flavor. And are you on dial up or network for your internet access? Your sys tray has the disconnected LAN icon up, as well as the TCP/IP dial up icon. Those two normally do =not= play together at all well....

gebe posted Sun, 25 May 2003 at 5:17 PM

I have IE 6, ADSL and QUICKTIME. AND it comes out great:-)

krimpr posted Sun, 25 May 2003 at 6:34 PM

Ive got IE6 and QT6 (installed it just for this...) I'm using dialup, and as per my normal practise I right click, save target as.... and they error appears. I'd really like to see it as I'm rendering my first Vue animation as I speak and I really like Phouls stuff. (Actually it was seeing his work that made me get Vue.) I'm on my laptop now (my home system is doing the render) and I get the same message on it, too :(

Dale B posted Sun, 25 May 2003 at 8:08 PM

Try left click and just let it cache. Phoul has download blocking on, so right click doesn't get you anything.

krimpr posted Mon, 26 May 2003 at 6:26 AM

Thanks Dale; I'll try that tonight. If I just let it cache is there any way to save it or is it gone with the wind?

Dale B posted Mon, 26 May 2003 at 2:54 PM

Possibly; You'd need to locate where the file is being cached, and see if you could copy it. Some of the newer schemes don't make that very easy....

krimpr posted Mon, 26 May 2003 at 2:58 PM

Thanks Dale :)

krimpr posted Mon, 26 May 2003 at 5:16 PM

FINALLY! geez this dial up has gotta go. Excellent work, and I especially thought the audio added a great feel. Thanks for the help Dale B.
