I just received obtained Poser and I am just begining to learn how to use it. I have figured out how to "dress" my figure, clothify clothes, and change materials. So I have some of the basics down. I would love to create my own clothes for the characters. I know it is possible to create clothing for your characters, but I am clueless as to how to go about it. So I guess here are my main questions: 1. Can I "create" clothes in poser or do I need another program? If so what programs are suggested? 2. Where can I find tutorials or links to help me learn about creating clothes? Any other helpful information would be appreciated as well.... Thanks ahead of time for the help :)

You will need a 3D modeling program. Right here on Rosity there's a forum called modeling. On their main header there are lots of links to free modeling programs. I would suggest you start with something like Anim8or or Wings. PhilC sells a tutorial CD that also includes making clothes for P5. Very good.

You just can't put the words "Poserites" and "happy" in the same sentence - didn't you know that? LaurieA
Using Poser since 2002. Currently at Version 11.1 - Win 10.

Yes, I just purchased PhilC's CD and it really opens some doors on modeling clothes and magnets. Mako.
