Vlad, From the animation menu go to the keyframe eding screen,(the button with the key on it) and then to graph display (the button with the 'S' curve on it). This is where you need to adjust the splines for the parts that are flying around. Poser uses spline interpolation by default, but sometimes in trying to give you smooth interpolation, it goes way off the mark. Each time you see a | on the red spline, that's where you set a keyframe. Now you know and i know that you wanted these keys to be the extremes of movement, but poser is stupid sometimes. If you look at the graph, you'll see areas where the spline curves up or down too much, way past your keyframes. This is why your parts are flying around. You can adjust it here, and there are 2 ways to do that. The easiest, but not always the best way, is to select either the entire spline or just the section between keys where it's messing up, ans switching to Linear Interpolation(the button with the '//' on it). This will solve the problem every time, but you'll end up with robotic motion in some instances. The other solution is to grab the spline at the highest or lowest point and lessen the curvature. Drag it to about the same level as the closest keyframe. When you do this, you'll notice a new'|' on the spline. Voila. You just created a new keyframe. This SHOULD take care of the problem. just remember to look at all the splines for all the parts that are flying around, and for all the parameters you changed on those parts, i.e. bend, twist, etc.

Problem is That everything goes fine and next frame my figure is standing on the head.and next frame is again fine. It is not that is distorted only like whole frame is rotated 180.and I check splines ,look like everything is strait(unless I do something wrong). Vladimir

That's a strange one. Do you mind sending me the .pz3 file? I gotta take a look at this.... send it to thebrain@bestweb.net and I'll do my best to fix it, and then I'll tell you what went wrong, and how to fix it.....
