I sure don't mean to sound like I'm tooting my own horn but I just wanted to share some neat news with all of my friends here on the forum. I submitted 6 pieces into a small neighborhood art gallery show that opened last night and sold 3 of them right off the wall and a lady ordered a reprint of one of them and a gentleman is very interested in getting a reprint of another for a total of 5 sales!
I want to thank all of you for your support and tips and critiques so that I am learning to shoot better pictures and in helping me gain enough confidance in my work to submit it to shows. I'm exstatic(sp?) that I sold stuff in only my second showing. I hope this helps to convince those who are debating about showing or trying to sell their stuff to go for it. Thanks again to all of you guys for your support and help!
