Looks pretty good though I am kinda worried about having a bunch of additional polygons since my puter is grinding half the time anyway. Thing is that 99.9 percent of the time I am not rendering really close shots anyway so the texture map and bump map works well. Nice test though and good work

I think this is so incredibly neat, realy realy smart. Please make these available when you have them how you like them. The idea is so brillient and looks so good! Do you think you could make a crew cut skull cap for the male and female? I have been really wanting a good female shaved head like in THX-1138 or the second Aliens movie. Anyway, I bow to your ideas and your execution. I would try making my own based on yours but I suck so bad at doing good hair on Texture and Transmaps. In this beard and the arms your texture is great, its just that the edges need to thin out a little bit gradually. If you released you work I would be greatly apreciated, Thanks for showing this idea!!!

Beyond the refinements mentioned, you could adapt Koraburo's layering technique to get an all-over stubble with a long mustache and lip goatee, like Tom Selleck in Quigley Down Under. This is very cool. Will you prefer 'JAFO effect' or JAFO technique'?
