This may not even be the right forum. For reasons entirely to do with my Company, I cannot use Poser IV at work, because there's too many things that would get me pink-slipped. One thing I really miss, from the Pro pack, is the ability to transfer textures along with the .obj models. Short of taking a floppy from home to work and back (or emailing it, which still requires a floppy..I'm just a poor boy..;), I loaded Poser III on my work system. Hunky dory, most of the controls are the same, so I can make .obj's, and import them into Bryce.
Now Poser III just seems to have the 'anti-galatia' syndrome (it turns living characters into statues). Part of it may just be that I'm checking the 'export groups' or somesuch radio button.
Now Bryce, bless it's heart, has over a thousand material files (textures), yet the 'organic' materials I haven't seen too much of. What I wind up doing is texturing every little flinkin' numbbin of a finger on each hand..which gets tedious. So this leaves me with 2 questions..
I wish I'd said that.. The Staircase Wit
